I love living places, gestures, real atmospheres and everything that cannot be replayed twice.

A practice born on the ground

Before photography, I spent several years in hospitality, in dining rooms, behind bars, and later as a manager. That's why today I photograph hotels and restaurants a little differently: I know the other side of the counter, the peaks of service, and what makes a shift actually work.

Waiter, bartender, manager. I've lived through back-to-back services, teams, on-the-ground constraints and everything a living venue demands every day.

That experience still shapes how I work and how I photograph.

A human, unobtrusive approach

I work with people, not against them.

On a reportage, inside a venue or during a photo trip, I first look to understand the rhythm of the place. The people there, the light, the constraints, and what deserves to be told.

I adapt. I stay unobtrusive when I need to. I guide when it's useful.

I never force an image. I let it come.

That's the way I work, from one-off services to the long-term support of Visual Harmony for hospitality venues.

Travel and photo leadership

I also lead photo trips for Photographes du Monde, in France and internationally.

Iceland, Finnish Lapland, the Dolomites, Tuscany, Belgium, Quebec.

Fieldwork that directly shapes how I look, how I anticipate light, and how I tell a place without freezing it.
